IHO Holding成功完成再融資后，舍弗勒股份公司將收到其提前全額償付的舍弗勒股份公司貸款票據(jù)款，總額約17億歐元，此舉可將舍弗勒股份公司的凈負(fù)債額降至32億歐元。在此基礎(chǔ)上，截至2016年6月30日，凈負(fù)債額與調(diào)整后息稅折舊攤銷(xiāo)前利潤(rùn)比將降至1.3倍（此前為2.0倍）。
